FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

TRAVEL FEES / DELIVERY / PACKAGES

-Travel fees apply for events over the 35 mile radius within / from the St. Croix County. Cost to the customer is at $2 per mile.

-Setup will be 1-2 hours prior to your event. When bookings are made some events require setup and be done in advance not to interrupt with the event.

-We offer customizable Photo Booth packages, but please note that the base price remains fixed. If there are elements of the package you would like us remove, we can. But the overall package cost will remain the same.

INDOOR / OUTDOOR EVENTS / WIFI

-Services for Photog Entertainment will require a 10x10 space and will need a standard electrical outlet.

-When it comes to the outdoors we all know that the weather doesn’t always corporate. 

-Photog Entertainment will provide a canopy and will have the items needed for the booth to run smoothly. 

-In case of bad or severe weather a space indoors will be needed. 

-In the event sever weather (AN ACT OF GOD) you’re booking may need to be cancelled. There will be communication between both parties, and everyone’s safety is top concern.

-In the event of no wifi capability, your photos will be uploaded and sent when services are established.

BOOKING YOUR EVENT / PAYMENTS / COVID

-When booking your event you will need to put 50% down to hold your rental and date.

-We appreciate your interest in Photog Entertainment. PLEASE BE AWARE that the down payment is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

-A week prior to event your event an invoice will be sent out. Payment will be due in full before the day of your event.

COVID cancellation policy notification will be needed in writing no later than five days prior to event with explanation. If due to COVID you need to postpone / reschedule your booking, it will be good for up to six months from event date.

HOLIDAY FEES

If you are booking Photog Entertainment on a National holiday. A fee of $200 will be added to your event.

PRIVACY POLICY / COPY RIGHTS

Your privacy is top priority. 

With that being said, pictures could be used as examples for new bookings, but names and event details will not. 

Photog Entertainment photographer reserves the copy rights to photos unless notified in writing otherwise. 

Photog Entertainment will respect your privacy.

LIABILITY

BE AWARE that upon booking any and all events with Photog Entertainment. You are accepting liability for damage done at your event to the Salsa photo booth.
